for Yacht Registration:
1. Copy of the passport (page with photo) or ID card of the yacht owner;
In case of a corporate owner – we will need the copies of all corporate documents of the company (certificate of incorporation, M&AoA, appointment of the director, share certificates, etc.), including a copy of the director's and shareholder’s passport or ID card. If the documents are more than 6 months, an up-dated extract from the Register is required.
2. Ownership document for the yacht: Builders Certificate, Sales Agreement, Invoice or Bill of sale, etс (Notarization is not required if the yacht is under 10 meters);
3. Yacht Documents: CE Certificate of the yacht, Tonnage Certificate or Survey Report (if any), Yacht Manual, etс;
4. De-registration certificate if the boat was registered earlier under a different flag.
5. A completed Vessel Application Form where it is necessary to provide detailed information about the boat and its owner, such as hull identification No., proposed name, description of the vessel, port of registry, owner’s contact details, etc. We will provide such form to you and will help you to complete it.
6. Application for Ship Radio License, if necessary. We will provide you with a form and will help you to complete it.
7. The appointment of San Marino resident reg.agent is necessary for the flag registration in San Marino. We work with such an agent;
8. Power of Attorney to register your yacht in San Marino - we will assist you to prepare one.
