1. Letter of Application to the Registrar of Shipping, in which you ask the boat registry to register your yacht under the flag of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. We will help you prepare this application.
2. - ClassNK (NK);

7. Photos of the yacht:
- Bow, stern, left or right side of the boat,

8. Copy of Insurance Certificate.

If the yacht is owned by an International Business Company registered in SVG, the appointment of a local registering agent is still mandatory, as an offshore company can’t operate in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
11. A radio license (MMSI, Call Sign). To obtain a radio license, you should fill out a form where it is necessary to list all radio devices on your yacht, and give details about your radio operator's license or certificate. You should also provide copies of the technical documentation for all radio devices, if required.
12. Confirmation of payment of government registration fees.
13. Carving and Marking Note. To receive the SVG flag, it is necessary to duly apply the name of the boat and the port of registry “Kingstown” on the hull of the yacht. International yacht registration takes place at Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Maritime Administration, registration of a radio license (MMSI, call sign) – at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (NTRC).
